As a past client, whose dog almost died due to a fight that occurred while in their board and train care, I urge you to do your due diligence and ask for the qualifications and certifications of the staff of this company. We initially made strides with our training, but if I had listened to Mike and not picked my dog up, when they finally told me almost 2 days after the fight, she would have died. She was on the verge of sepsis by the time I got her to the vet and it took 6 weeks to recover from her injuries. Not to mention we had to start over with the training due to the setback. Mike and Natalya didn't cover any costs from her injuries and gave only a partial refund along with bullying me in the end. I would hate for another pet to go through what we did. Please ask questions to ensure they are a good fit for you.

When my pup suddenly became afraid of people and would bark and growl I knew I had do do something to change that. The classes have helped me train my pup and made me aware of how I was transferring my fear of other dogs through the leash and to my pup. I am more relaxed around strange dogs and have a better understanding of dog behaviors. My pup has improved very much. He has had a total of 7 lessons.
