When the required protein and food were not provided, we took the initiative to purchase them at our expense to ensure her well-being. We also reached out for your suggestions to best cater to her needs. We also want to address your concerns regarding the disputed credit card charges. We believe the charges are justified based on the services provided and the additional care given to Sacci. We are committed to resolving this dispute transparently and fairly, in line with the terms of our contractual agreement.
