I previously gave this business 5 stars and an awesome review. After utilizing the services of this local business for a little over 6 months, I've come to realize this business is unreliable for someone who works full time. At first, they agreed to let me drop off my dog at 7:45am, for no extra charge, when opening is at 8am. I thought this was very understanding of the business since I have to be at work at 8:15am and this allowed me to drop my dog off. As time progressed, the business mentioned they would start charing for this service, which I understood and was willing to do. In the winter time this service was not offered due to weather circumstances, which I understood, but when the time came for it to start again, this service was taken away per the owner with no explanation. I then had to find someone else to drop my dog off at a later time, since I bought a package and had to use up the rest of my days. On a few days where I had someone else drop my dog off, the owner of the business was supposed to be there by the scheduled time but would inform me she was running late. One specific time my dog was supposed to be there at 9:30am, but the owner texted me at 9:21am that she wouldn't be arriving until 10:30am. This short notice was a huge inconvenience to the person I had dropping my dog off because they had already left and to say least it was extremely unprofessional. In addition to the unprofessionalism mentioned above, another aspect of this company is that it is not consistent with the days it is open. Over the course of 6 months of using these services, the owner has cancelled my services well over 5 times, without adequate warning, causing me to scramble and find out where to take my dog for the day. For someone who does not have additional support with their dog, this business would not be sufficient and would leave you stressed without many options. I was told from the beginning that this was a crate free facility. It was mentioned one time that over the holidays, crates were added in order to accommodate to everyone who needed their dog boarded. This does not align with the advertisement. Another complaint about this facility is that it does not have cameras and on some days when I would ask for pictures to see how my dog was doing, I was denied. This led me to wonder if my dog was kenneled the whole time especially since some days my dog would come home and wouldn't be worn out. Other days she would come home and sleep the rest of the night, meaning I knew she had adequate play time. If there was a need for my dog to be separated from the pack, I would have liked to be contacted immediately so I could have made arrangements for someone to come get her since I am not paying for her to be kenneled all day. To summarize, if you're looking for a company with consistent days and hours, as well as professionalism, I would not recommend this business.

We have a small dog with anxiety and have not boarded her while traveling up until we heard of this place through a family member. Our dog does really well there with boarding and daycare as Lauren prioritizes each dog having a good experience and has a set up so the dogs can play even while being boarded. Lauren is very knowledgeable about dog behavior which made us feel much more comfortable leaving our dog in her care.
