Pawsitive Beginnings Dog Training

Pawsitive beginnings helped my dog Rico in SO MANY WAYS! I adopted him from costa rica 1.5 years ago and he's now 6 years old. He's a mutt, 35 lbs, and the sweetest dog in the world, but he has never been on a leash- he's roamed free and loves to jump on me and everyone. She taught ME mostly, how to get him to trust me and to become a leader so that he can relax and know what is coming. I would HIGHLY recommend Lateria, she is a dog whisperer and understands them on a level I have not seen before. I would have much preferred in person visits instead of zoom, my only critique!

Absolutely love Pawsitive Beginnings. From the 1st meeting where Ace met Lateria it has been awesome. Ace is excited every time we pull into the community. Every pupcation has been well rewarded and we have not had a single worry. His behavior after working Lateria has been amazing. She has also shared and taught us on steps to continue to improve his behavior when needed. We got Ace as a rescue dog in 2020 when he was one. We tried using other pet hotels and they all said Ace was aggressive or they had to do extra to have him behave. Day one with Pawsitive Beginnings there was a relationship of trust and fun that was established, and Ace absolutely loves training and staying with Pawsitive Beginnings. They are thoughful, caring, knowledgeable, patient and very aware of the Aces and our needs.

Pawsitive Beginnings is multi-faceted. I was a dog owner previously, but not a puppy owner. Lateria came to the rescue when I thought I couldn't handle the demand and worked with my dog and my lifestyle to make us a happy home. My dog Bearclaw graduated from Doggie University with virtual and in-person sessions. Lateria is knowledgeable and serious about her job! Bearclaw also stayed with her for a Pupcation and had a blast. She is constantly updating pics and videos whenever she visits, and my dog loves her!! Lateria trains your dog and advises you in how to be preventive and effective in your dog training journey without frustration!

My pup and I have thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from working with Lateria! Lateria does a great job at providing dog owners with the tools needed to lead their pups! She was also a great help in supplementing my puppies potty training schedule by walking him mid-morning and mid-afternoon. I enjoyed working with Lateria so much that I will be enrolling my puppy in doggy university to further supplement the training we worked on. Lateria is very attentive and flexible, I highly recommend her for any of your doggy needs!
