Paws On The Ground Dog Training

We give Paws on the Ground dog training with Kenzie and Kellen five stars! Our two year old lab was an overly excitable dog. We’ve had him for two years and he continued to have a hard time being calm especially when we had guests at the house. Our first dog trainer didn’t get the results we got from Kenzie and Kellen. After three weeks of training our dog is now able to follow commands and remain in the house while guests come over. He is able to go on dog walks without being distracted by other dogs or people. This has been a positive experience all around.

Hands down, one of the best decisions I could’ve made for my little denny was sending him to the 4 week board and train! Being rescued from a hoarding case put a lot of pressure on him, and POTG helped take all that pressure right off and made him the confident, comfortable good boy we all knew he was! He is now comfortable with walking up to people on his own, getting leashed up and groomed without throwing a fit, learned some new tricks like place, heal, break, etc. 10/10 recommend for any and all dog types! They truly are the best!

We have a 5 month old Doberman that was becoming a handful. There was no way to tire him out and he was constantly harassing the senior dog in the house. We had to keep them separated which was not a long term solution. Kellen’s 3 week hybrid program worked miracles on our dog Dusky. He learned the “place” command and now will sit on his cot when commanded and stay there until he is told he is “free”. This has changed the entire dynamic of the household because we have a way to force him to self regulate and calm himself down which is pretty amazing for a 5 month old Doberman. Before his training we were also unable to walk him, he was uncontrollable- biting the leash and jumping all over us. Now he does “heel” perfectly walking next to us. Kellen and his wife’s program was worth every penny and really has changed the quality of our lives with our puppy.
