I recently took my Belgian Malinois, Waffle, to Paws on the Ground for their three-week Board & Train program, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience! When I first brought Waffle in, he didn’t know any rules or commands. We had rescued him, and he really hadn’t had any formal training. After just three weeks with Paws on the Ground, Waffle is a completely different boy! He has grown and matured so much in such a short amount of time. He now listens, follows commands, and is so much easier and more enjoyable to walk. One of the things that meant the most to us was the amazing communication throughout the entire process. Kenzi and Kellen kept us informed and involved every step of the way. It never felt like we were simply dropping our dog off and picking him up three weeks later. It genuinely felt like a partnership. They cared about Waffle, cared about his progress, and made sure we understood how to continue his training at home. The transformation in Waffle has honestly been incredible, and we are so grateful to Kenzi and Kellen. I can truly say that choosing Paws on the Ground was one of the best things we could have done for Waffle and for our family. I trust Kenzi and Kellen completely, and if someone I cared about told me they were thinking about getting their dog trained, Paws on the Ground would be the first place I would recommend. They didn’t just train our dog—they helped us become better owners and gave us the tools to continue building the relationship we want with Waffle. We are incredibly thankful we found them!
