My dog is trained to basic commands but I need him to be trained as a therapy dog for me as he aleady does it for me I need him certfied so how do I do that.
Paws trains therapy dogs but not service dogs. Therapy dogs visit people. Service dogs are trained to do a specific task.

I have a 3 year old mixed breed dog. I have PTSD mostly in remission but sometimes I still get very anxious. Can my dog be trained to respond to my anxiety?
I imagine so, but it may need preliminary training. Also all training there, I believe, is done with the dog and owner.

Awful experience. Trainer was inadequate and every week less and less people showed up for class that by “graduation” there only 2 dogs out of a 7 dog class. Awful experience. Trainer was inadequate and every week less and less people showed up for class that by “graduation” there only 2 dogs out of a 7 dog class. I signed up family dog class and When I asked about switching to the more advanced one because my dog had all of the skills being taught in this class the trainer said no because my dog wasn’t “connected” to me. Next class the trainer told me my dog was too attached to me. So which one is it? The trainer would start class late and end early. Getting in touch with the business was also difficult from the start. Not worth the money would not recommend.
Like a kids jungle gym class but for dogs. Fun.
