I went to the place and the door was locked and said by appointment only.

Hi, Emily: We are always happy to talk to you about training for your dog, but our class schedule can vary so it’s always a good idea to call first to make sure someone will be available to chat with you and show you around. Since it’s a holiday weekend today’s instructor decided to head home early when she found that her scheduled students had canceled. Sorry we missed you! We would be happy to meet with you another time — just call or email to set up a meet & greet. Tracy Hanna, owner/head trainer

Hi, Emily:<br>Thanks for coming by. We would be happy to talk to you about training for your dog. If you want to come by, it is always a good idea to reach out first and make sure there will be someone there to talk to you and show you around. We believe in giving our students our full attention and may not have time to chat during a class. Also, Google doesn’t allow us to post our “by appointment only” policy in their business hours section. So we posted the times that you can typically find us there training. Excellent dog trainers! Our class is in a group, but they still help us with individual concerns. My dog has learned so much. We love going to class and he loves doing his "homework."

I am very happy with the training and environment, the class size is perfect there is time for trainer to address each individual; I found the training covers the necessary steps to keep my puppy obedient, he is also eager and willing to follow my lead as the class gives him time to learn and adjust. The trainer Sheyla Gutierrez is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful; the location is spacious and minimal distraction so your puppy can concentrate on learning. The class schedule fits perfectly with work schedule. I am very pleased and highly recommend them.
