A scam organisation that takes disabled people and their families money. Lacks accountability and transparency. It’s not defamation if it’s true. They have my social, my medical history, and received recommendations from my family. The dog I tried for service work was overwhelmed and stressed, showing signs of aggression that I communicated numerous times to the (what seems to be the only person that works there) trainer. Her husband had undergone surgery and so the 24/7 support I was contracted to have received was indeed a farce. Where were these other trainers that the organisation claimed to have had? I had Dante for three weeks. THREE. I made complaints. My job was stressing me out and the trainer only responded at 1AM via text messages most days. The trainer said it was abuse to leave my very clearly overwhelmed animal at home in a crate while we got to know each other. He knew how to settle. Great. But he wasn’t okay. I took him to the vet to see if he was sick on about four different occasions. This was late 2024-early 2025. We had put down about 5-ish k and were never transparently able to know if family or friends donated. YEP! Even though we were far ahead with payments $800 a month was still needed. YEP! When Dante bit someone in our house, I called the trainer repeatedly. She suggested it was my fault and that my stress was likely the cause. He was supposedly trained for 2 years beforehand. Dumped into my lap with NO SUPPORT OR VISITS. Now, we are training with our own dog and trainer. Save your money. This place, is truly just a scam with good PR. Maybe the owner is a good dog trainer, but I never saw any of it. She was never present. My lawyers called them five separate times with no answers. We decided not to follow up. This place doesn’t deserve any more investment. They said in the contract if it didn’t work out, our money would be refunded. We never received it back. We were told that we didn’t deserve our money back because we didn’t want to try another dog with the group. Dante bit someone to bleeding. Why the heck would we want that? They suggested another dog when I called about the bite five minutes after it happened. A dog named..oh goodness, I cannot recall. The dogs owner supposedly passed away. I looked up the owner who indeed is absolutely not deceased. Were they just going to take this persons dog? I don’t know. I don’t want to know. Vile and disgusting behavior all around. Since I “flunked” out because I didn’t try another dog, they said I couldn’t get my money back. How evil. Never even an apology. We lost all of our friends because of this. I could’ve lost my job. I work with the public! It is a blessing nothing happened. This organisation ruined my life and reputation.
