We benefited tremendously from four private sessions with Lorena. Especially appreciated her help in understanding realistic expectations with a puppy, and always using positive responses. We found the exercises easy to continue between sessions, and we have more confidence in our ability to train him. And of course, he loved her. Thanks Lorena!
