Paws Abilities Dog Training

We went for a puppy class geared towards "at the groomer" type socialization. The "class" consisted of some mats with different textures being placed on the floor and a sound of a hair clippers being played in the background. The trainer leading the class seemed really disorganized and maybe new? She didn't handle the puppies with different energy levels well. She just let one of the dogs chase the shy ones around when they were clearly scared and cornered. The facilities equipment and set up seemed very haphazard and pieced together like maybe they just recently moved in or were moving out? The class was cheap compared to other training facilities in the area and we could see why. If you can intervene when needed, already have a good idea what your dogs needs are, and are on a budget, this is maybe the place for you.

We’ve taken multiple classes with our 2 dogs & have done a private session. Our dogs & us have loved every class! It was so nice having a class we were able to bring our very reactive dog to. Everything we did was tailored to each dog. The small class sizes are great so the trainers can give you so many different ways on setting you & your dog up for success for what you’re working on and everyday things. Won’t ever be using another company!
