Pawpano Beach Dog Training

Skye worked miracles for me and my 6 year old pup Rocco these last 3 weeks! I was searching for a board and train program for months. My dog became more aggressive towards men and reactive to sounds/the TV and other dogs. I spent months searching for a trainer and never pulled the plug - until I found Skye. The last 3 weeks she’s instilled so much confidence and obedience in Rocco and kept me and my boyfriend fully involved with training the entire time. Rocco made more progress than I could have imagined and he had so much fun too. Skye’s expertise, her collaborative approach and her true love for my dog was everything I was looking for and more. I can’t wait to continue building on the amazing foundation she’s created for us!

Island Paws Rescue had "Zorro" come into our foster system in late Jan and quickly realized Z needed help learning how to be a loved, secure pet. From our very first conversation, Skye communicated clearly about her approach and goals. She donated (!!) a 3-week Board & Train so that Zorro could become a more adoptable big goof. Leading up to and throughout the B&T, Skye's communication with me and Z's foster was fantastic. Z has come so far in understanding what is expected of him, how to be calm, walk past other dogs, and more. We understand that Z's training is a process and there's still work/homework/maintenance to be done. But Z now has a much better shot at getting adopted; he deserves an amazing forever family! I can’t say enough good things about Skye and Pawpano Beach Dog Training! I brought my high energy pitbull Cali in for training because she had some behavioral issues, and within a few sessions, I saw such a huge difference. Skye’s approach is calm, consistent, and really effective. She took the time to understand my dog’s crazy personality and tailor the training to what she needed. I can’t recommend Skye enough if you’re looking for an incredible dog trainer! After moving to Florida, Whiskey, my Thai ridgeback mix, started showing some challenging behaviors. his impulse control, leash pulling, and focus were all over the place. I felt he needed a refresher so I reached out to Skye. From the first session, it was clear how experienced and passionate she is. She approached Whiskey with so much kindness, patience, and positivity. Her training was effective but also fun to implement. Skye taught me how to improve Whiskey’s impulse control, leash walking, recall, and overall focus. The progress was amazing. Whiskey went from being erratic and stressed to confident and calm again. What really blew me away was how much Skye cared about strengthening the bond between me and Whiskey.
