James is amazing! He completely turned my dog into the perfect dog. He and his team took the time to not only train her but also teach me what I needed to know. His knowledge surpassed anything I expected. I did board and train and it was the best thing I could have done for both her and I. I sent Gracie there thinking she was “aggressive” as I was worried she and my daughter were not getting along. She was nipping at my daughter. Gracie came home the most loving dog I have ever known. Everyone in my neighborhood loves her and come running to say hello when they see her. She is just as excited to see them! Gracie loved being there so much I even boarded her there when I went on vacation. I plan to use him every time I go away. Thank you James for taking the stress out of my life when it came to Gracie. I honestly have the perfect dog now. James and his staff are truly the best!

I first found James through a work friend of mine a few years ago. I’ve signed used James multiple times and I can rest assured that my dog is perfectly fine and happy each and every time. Anytime my dog gets dropped off or picked up he’s either sad to see James leave or happy to see him come. Any questions or concerns I may have had are always addressed and the area the dogs stay in and play in is beautiful. My big German shepherd can be a handful at times but James is always in charge with my dog and I can leave him with James and have complete peace of mind.

James is great! Knows exactly what he’s doing. Before James my dog (Dottie) was all over the place while on walks and would try and walk me while I was supposed to be waking her. She also would not let you open the door when someone was trying to come in or make a delivery. By the end of prefect solution dog training my dog was walking by my side during walks and she would go and sit down in her bed when someone is at the door. Great company James is definitely a dog whisperer.
