My dog, Prince, and I have been working with Woo from Paw'Cierge for about six months now, and we could not be happier. Woo truly loves and cares for animals, and it shows in his interactions with them.
Our first experience with Woo was for Prince's behavioral training. Over the course of about 6 weeks, we were able to learn off-leash training, recall, simple commands, elevator and hallway etiquette, curb etiquette, and we continue to work on reactions to door knocking. Woo's approach works well because he not only teaches the dog how to respond and behavior, but he always teaches and empowers the parent how to be comfortable training their own dog, since he will not be around all the time.
Woo was always very punctual, and if anything came up with the schedule, he was sure to communicate ahead of time and make up the time. He also send very detailed communications and follow-up instructions.
Because of the success of training, I also booked boarding services with Woo for three weeks over the holidays. This is an in-home service with only a few dogs boarded at a time. This ensures the comfort of the dogs and the ability to maintain personalized care. Prince thoroughly enjoyed himself during his stay and was sad to come back home. Woo provided daily maintenance training, about 3 hours of off-leash play, group activities, custom meal plans, treats, and fun. He also was very quick to communicate any issues or concerns that may have come up during the stay and provided regular updates. He treats each dog like they're his own.
One thing to note is that Woo does post a lot of content on social media, which includes all of the dogs in his care. However, he always asks for permission beforehand before he posts, to make sure that he only posts things that you're comfortable with, which I definitely appreciate as someone who is pretty private and doesn't like to post a lot of personal things online.
Prince and I will continue to use his services as long as we are in the neighborhood.
