I reached out to Mr.Woo and his services about 2 weeks before I had a big trip coming up. Big trip meaning being gone for 3 weeks, 3 weeks away from my furry bestfriend. Mr.Woo got back to me in no time with scheduling a meet and greet, inviting us to his home so we could see how Rocky got along with other furry friends. Off the getgo, Rocky got along with Mystery which is a husky Mr.Woo adopted. Mr.Woo was very inquisitvie about Rocky, making sure he hit Rocky’s triggers, bathroom breaks, feeding habits and everything in between. During my trip, Mr.Woo kept me updated on Rocky. Mr.Woo provided pictures, videos and instagram stories which made being away from Rocky so much easier. I feel like Rocky quickly settled in. I saw him happy, comfortable, and loved while I was thousands miles away. I saw daily that Mr.Woo took Rocky and his furry friends to a big open field where everyone could run and tire themselves out for the morning. I will be going back and using Mr.Woo’s services as I left very satisfied and happy with the way he kept me up to date on Rocky!

This review is way overdue! Interestingly, I met Uncle Woo by phone and he has been a source of reliability and support as my sister and I maneuver life with a hybrid dog named Fuzzy2. He is a PittiCorso and comes at us with all types of antics and determination, but most of all love. One day we made Fuzzy2 sick with calming tablets and called Uncle Woo based on previous reviews. Needless to say Fuzzy2 gives a long stare when we giving him anything other than kibble. Unc welcomed me with open arms and walked me through so much with a new dog over the phone. We look forward to meeting him soon. My bottom line is that when someone helps without asking for a handout with a spirit as big as Unc has shown on many calls, he is the right one for the tasks. Uncle Woo loves animals and has a God-given talent and gift that he uses well. Please strongly consider supporting Uncle Woo and his fur-baby business by.

We wanted to get our dog out of the house a bit while we worked/familiarize her with other dogs. Paw’Cierge and Woo were recommended to us through a friend. Woo is a magician with dogs and is incredibly professional. The accommodations are great, with plenty of room to run around outside. Woo is very communicative, and has been flexible on pickup/drop off timing on several occasions. Woo also cares deeply about the dogs and carefully tracks the weather and other variables to ensure they’re always operating in a safe environment. I can’t think of anyone else we’d want working with our dog. Can’t recommend Paw’Cierge & Woo enough for any of their services.

Mr woo is very knowledgeable of dogs and cats. This was my first time allowing him to train my Belgian Shepherd, who is very energetic, And after picking up Queenie, she seems to be a little different. She’s obeying more barking less Yeah, that’s a big improvement so I recommend Mr woo for you fur babies thanks a lot sir

I had an emergency cat boarding with them done on Friday thru Sunday, and even when I had to delay drop off for a few hours due to an emergency, they still accepted my cat and were really friendly! The accommodations were nice, big open cage setup for most cats, and their communication was excellent with conversations and photos of my cat daily. They did many services for me such as cat playtime and feeding, medicine delivery, and cone management. As I said earlier, they were incredible flexible with both drop off and pick up. They were also very professional and polite, I would seriously recommend this place and plan on keeping this in my mind for any future boarding! Attached is a photo they took of my cat while she was with them.
