I have a handful of a dog who can be a tad reactive and the training we’ve gotten at paw school has had him relaxed, focused, and happy. Excited to keep coming back for higher levels of Manners training and try their agility classes.

I’m so grateful to have found Paw School! I had been trying to train on my own using tips from social media and online, but the progress we’ve made since coming to Paw School has been leaps and bounds! I love their approach of having 6 dogs max per session, and that the trainers are really training the owners/handlers (us) vs. the dog directly. In 10 sessions, we went from strugggling with manners 1 to graduating manners 3! With their advice and practicing with your pup on the material between classes, your pup will make such significant progress. And, my dog truly loves going! When she realizes where we’re going she starts squeaking with excitement 😂 The trainers are all amazing - knowledgeable and really have the dogs’ best interest at heart. And the office staff are all so friendly and helpful too! Tip: if it’s your first time going there, and the navigation leads you to an apartment complex, YES that’s the right way! I was confused our first class

I signed up my dog for 5 sessions training with Paw School. After 2 sessions, Paw School cancelled my next two sessions. The gap, then between my 2nd session and my last (5th) session would have been too great to be effective with the dog, so I cancelled the last session. I asked for a refund to my cc, but because THEIR cancellation of my two classes occurred after the 30 day window for refunds, Paw School has refused to refund for the cancelled classes. They were willing to return the money to my Paw School account, but I now don't want to use their services. I simply want the money for classes THEY cancelled returned to me. Their refund policy does not address a situation in which THEY do the cancellation. So, be advised, there is no refund to your cc after 30 days even if they cancel your classes. Paw School responded to this posting of mine. This is my response to their response: Paw School first of all, we set up a schedule of 5 training sessions on dates WITH YOUR APPROVAL! If those dates were not in a “good cadence”, you should have told us that then! And none of what you wrote in your response here does away with the sheer fact that it was YOU who cancelled two of my classes on 6 January (!!!) long after the 30-day cut of date for refunds and now you refuse a refund. There was no possible way that I could have asked for a refund by 15 December since you not yet cancelled classes. Our schedules simply wouldn’t allow us to arrange make-up classes in January, so what other people were able to do to make up classes is completely irrelevant. I would never do business again with a company which is unwillingness to make an accommodation because of changes to an agreed-upon schedule that THEY have made. Your intransigence is mind boggling.
