I found out that Paw School closed on their website on 9/20 when I went to schedule my dog’s next class. I never received notice via email or even when we were in class a couple weeks ago. I’ve reached out via phone, text, email and social media and have not heard anything about refunds for unused classes. Posting here to see if I can get a response.

I received notification about Paw School’s closure on the same day they permanently closed both locations, with no mention of refunds for class packages. I emailed about my $200 in unused credits but haven’t received a reply. I encourage the owner to do the right thing and refund customers their hard-earned money.
We prepaid for puppy classes and this morning received an email saying they are out of business.
Sorry to hear about your closure. Thank you for the help with training my pups over the last few years!
The PS is great. My little Archie is leaning so much AND me. I highly recommend them. Just remember you are the one that will make your dog successful
