Hello Jessica It’s unfortunate you did not have a positive experience with our services. You have two powerful dogs that are very hard to manage, and I tried my best with what I was given. On our free guided dog walk, instead of accompanying us on the walk as suggested, you decided to use it as a free walk. On this walk, your dogs were pulling a lot and urinating on me and in your building elevator. To add to this, your dogs displayed really bad dog leash reactivity in highly populated dog areas with busy streets, which is a liability for me and other dog owners in the vicinity if the dogs are not under control and trying to launch themselves across the street to get to other dogs. You hired me for a 15-minute dog walk, which was timed and covered the most ground possible with the behaviors displayed by your dogs. As far as the pulling I was trying to cover as much ground as possible so I giving pulls to inspire one of your dogs to walk because she didn’t want to walk either and was on harness. I have been in business for 4 years now without disappointing any customers and pride myself on giving loving care to pets, but most importantly, keeping dogs in my care and others around me safe first and foremost. I hope this message will inspire you to educate and discipline your dogs so other handlers can have a positive experience in the future.
