We were referred to Paw It Forward by a friend who heard us express a wish for a dog that could just "be" when we had a house full of family and friends. We began with boarding, then we started working with Jeannie on training basics, and then we moved through her Canine Neutrality program. Every service that we have used since we began with Jeannie is worth every penny spent and most definitely worth the time we dedicate to following the training and structure Jeannie taught our Goldendoodle (really, she taught us!). We have the added benefit of Jeannie teaching our doodle appropriate socialization with other dogs (never to step foot in a chaotic dog park again), and we now use the group meet ups and training events to reinforce all of this. We had an amazing experience with Jeannie and Paw it Forward. Our dog completed the board and train program for three weeks, and the results have been incredible. We now have reliable recall and feel confident having her off leash on hikes. She heels nicely by our side, stays calm and well-mannered when guests come over, and overall just makes better decisions. You can really tell the training focused on both obedience and mindset.
