Patriot K Nine Training & Behavior

Amber is deeply passionate about animals, she handles training, boarding and rescues and assists others in a national network of handlers and trainers. I received Zeek from Patriot K9 as I began my final stretch into retirement from the Army. Zeek has been such a blessing from the universe with the assistance and companionship that he has provided me and my dad who is also a disable Vietnam veteran. Never have I seen a Rottweiler with such outstanding manners. Amber and her team train hard and ensure that you know everything that you need to know to maintain the training instilled while in their care. Additionally they have always been just a message away when any additional questions have came up that needed to be addressed. Thank you so much from the Shacklee family, we love you and your team!

My coworker and I chat about our dogs daily. I had expressed that my Marlin was an excessive puller when we walk at different trails (and some other things such as counter surfing). She had mentioned that she had taken her dog for training and it went very well. So I decided to schedule a consultation to see if they would be able to help train not only Marlin, but also me. I also have been looking into having him as a service hearing dog. The website mentioned that they are familiar with service dogs. So I was looking forward to seeing if they would be able to help me with my goals. I had my consultation with Amber. She was very thorough and explained all of the different options when it came to deciding which package to sign up for. I ended up with Abby being the trainer when we start in June. She too was very knowledgeable and I feel very confident that at the end of our 6 weeks my sweet boy and I will have learned together. I’m looking forward to getting started and once I’m done, I’ll come back and update the review. 4 stars to start :)
