Patriot K Nine Training & Behavior

Our rescue boxer Cooper had a rough start in life. He was not exposed to much and received zero training. He needed to learn manners and self-control. After coming to Patriot K Nine for the last two months, we can see a huge difference in his behavior. He is able to be calm, focus and has done so well with his training . He is more confident, and we owe that to what we have learned from our trainers. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to watch their furbaby transform in a great training environment.

I cannot thank Amber enough for her INVALUABLE guidance in training my dog, Bear. Before Amber’'s help, Bear was the epitome of stubbornness – he wouldn't listen, couldn't sit still, and was reactive. She taught me the necessary techniques and structure to effectively communicate with Bear. He has gotten out of my fence, and because she stressed the importance of recall; I only had to call his name and he came running back from 3 blocks away. Now, he not only relaxes inside the house without being placed in the kennel while I clean up whatever he has gotten ahold of but also obeys commands reliably. Amber's insight and instruction have truly transformed our relationship with Bear, and I can't thank her enough for correcting my mistakes and empowering me to be a better dog owner.

Amber and her team are nothing short of phenomenal! They helped my rescue pup so much with his leash manners, door behavior, and just general confidence. They also hosted the Canine Good Citizens Course & Test which helped solidify some of my dog's training, and even got me a discount on my home insurance. And they're always available for follow up questions too. I recommend Patriot K9 to everyone I know thats looking for excellent dog training in the area. TLDR: great trainers, great experience!

I've used Patriot K Nine multiple times in the past 2 years. I took my puppy to the 3-week head start stay and train program, where he learned the basics of sit, stay, walk on a leash, etc. He did really well and continues to do well with the commands learned. I put him in a week of a stay and train program to focus on the basics and sitting/staying in one place while we are out in public. Again, great experience with the training. After the stay and train program, I was able to do group classes every Sunday night to help reinforce the training he received previously. I've used Patriot K Nine when they offered a daycare option. I wanted my dog to have more interaction with dogs, after he was attacked by a dog. It really helped him be more comfortable with other dogs, he enjoyed the interaction, and he wasn't left home alone all day while I was at work. He also got to play on the agility course. I also use Patriot K Nine for boarding. I love that my dog is watched by certified trainers, boarded in house, and the trainers built a rapport with my dog. I feel confident my dog is taken care of while I'm away. Patriot K Nine are truly amazing and I recommend them to anyone looking for dog training or boarding.
