Hello I would like to get a pet therapy certificate to go to nursing homes etc for a dog that I am thinking of adopting. Do you offer these classes? Thanks Leslie M
Yes we do! We recommend taking our obedience courses (starting with Beginner thru Advanced). A couple months prior to the evaluation we offer a 4 week Therapy Dog Prep class. The evaluation is held once a year in either late May or early June.

How old does your puppy need to be to start training and do they need all shots first?
The puppy class says you can start as early as 8 weeks- 6months that's for the puppy class and then the beginner obedience they have to be 6 months or older and yes you need proof they are up to date on vaccines

Absolutely amazing!! We thought our dog would never stop pulling. Michelle taught us how to walk our dog the correct way and to stop the pulling in just one hour! Now our walks are enjoyable. Thanks Michelle.

I took my little dog here for 1-on-1 training and the results are amazing and so worth the money. My dog had problems with excessive barking and I had no idea how to teach her to like people. The instructor here not only trained me how to train my dog but also explained the “why” so I could see things in the dog’s perspective. This was super effective. I’ve been doing it all wrong before! I also love that the full hour I paid for is fully utilized and focused on my dog. AND I love the fact that positive reinforcement is used rather than some shock collars other trainers have offered me - for my 5 pound doggy!!! I will continue with my training and will take her back here for classes to socialize with other dogs or maybe even more 1-on-1 sessions to teach her fun tricks. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
