I set up an appointment about two months ago for a consultation and never received a call back, apology, or “sorry we missed you” email. Initially, I gave them time to get back to me but I still haven’t heard anything. Update: Pat has reached back out to me and is still willing to make things right which I really appreciated.
Pat is a dog whisperer. My boyfriend and I have only had 2 sessions so far and our dogs behavior has improved significantly. He used to bark at almost every dog and not have any control on walks (pulled a lot!). Now, my dog isn't pulling and barks a LOT less. It's a lot less stressful! Thank you, Pat!
