After a "mistake" charge of $396.00 I was told -and I quote directly from email- "the owner will NOT contact you about such an insignificant matter."
I don't know anyone who $396.00 is insignificant to. They ALSO did not have paperwork together, did NOT know the dogs names or who was who. I am a volunteer transporter for rescues. I am warning all rescues, shelters, and animal advocates as well as all pet owners BEWARE.

Theft of approximately 400$ and still no answer back. Each over draft fee will be counted for and if we have to will take to small claims court. Good thing I live near buy otherwise it would be a pain to handle. If I miss a day of work for court that will be another +$550 that will be added to the suit for loss of wages.

This place steals money from innocent, hard working people. I had a friend who only wanted to purchase 2 slip leads and was charged $396.00. She has tried repeatedly to get this resolved but they will not help her. She has called and emailed. They also sent her a nasty email saying that "the owner will NOT speak with you about such an insignificant matter". Insignificant? I don't know who thinks $400 is insignificant! Ridiculous, rude, and sure to fail. Please don't use this place!
