FirstBarkI used Paramount for distraction training on my previous dog, and more recently, for puppy classes for my new puppy. The trainers, Mel, Topaz, and Audrey, are great, and really care about the animals and want to teach you to train them correctly. It has been a great class for my puppy and I would highly recommend Paramount!

I thought our dog was a lost cause.. we tried training before. It just didn’t stick and I don’t think we personally got the training we needed as well. The complete opposite with Mel- he not only taught Us how to communicate with our dog but THE KNOWLEDGE OUR DOG HAS NOW YOU WOULD THINK SHES A WHOLE DIFFERENT DOG! it’s honestly unbelievable, the things our dog Millie does now I never thought in a million years she would be able to do. We did a board and train and it’s honestly one of the best purchases and decisions I’ve ever made. I cannot recommend this place enough. I met him for the first time I was so oddly comfortable leaving my dog with someone I just met! Our dogs are our babies and I had full confidence that’s how he would treat her and he did! Such a nice guys follows up with you, I honestly could go on and on about our experience with Mel and his company. Just overall Amazing positive experience and now I have the dog I always dreamed of having. Thank you Mel!

I had heard of Paramount and how great Mel was, and know I know for myself , it’s all true! I was in panic mode with these two, but Mel came right over and helped us with all of the tools we needed to get them to coexist! There was a MASSIVE improvement in just the one hour he was with us! I am very confident now and feel in control of the situation! I am excited to use Mel at Paramount Dog Training for all my future training needs! Thanks Mel!

Our two previous dogs were older when we met Mel and, low and behold, he was able to teach our old dogs new tricks (i.e. obedience). Dave was 4 months old when we started training with Mel, Topaz and Audrey. We completed the puppy and distraction training. We plan on progressing to the therapy dog sessions. The staff and, more importantly, the results have been amazing. If you are looking into training your pups, please seriously consider Paramount. I promise you will be absolutely satisfied with your results.
