When we started working with Mike, Gracie was 8 mo. old but getting out of hand with her behavior. Since the end of training Gracie has continued to develop into a wonderful companion. We took my almost 4 year old Cockapoo, Zoomer to be evaluated by Mel and to see how we could improve his bad behaviors (due mostly to separation anxiety) and correct his alpha- attitude while on walks or out in public, and we cannot say enough good things about the help that Mel provided. He taught us how to 'lead" Zoomer and instructed us on how to teach him with "authority" to act how we want him to act. He also provided us with some very helpful tips to calm Zoomer and make him to feel less stress and anxiety while we are away. THANK YOU Paramount Dog Training and Mel for the most rewarding advice and instruction, we will tweak our ways with Zoomer and already in just one day see small changes in his behavior. I would strongly recommend Mel, he was so knowledgeable, patient and kind hearted to both us, and our boy. THANK YOU MEL!!!!

After training with Mel, we received so many compliments on our well behaved Rhodesian Ridgeback, and neighbors were amazed that we walked him off leash. We have referred countless friends and family to Mel and Paramount and will continue to. From individual lessons to group classes to boarding, the services they offer are top notch. Mel and anyone at paramount dog training are who we recommend to anyone. I rescue rotties that can be a bit stubborn and they taught me how to be confident and be able to control my dogs inside and outside of the home! Only place I’ll go for training !!
