Very out of touch, rude and called all of her local competitors theives and rip offs as if she's the only dog trainer who knows how to train a dog in palm beach county. Not professional, temperamental and difficult to communicate to, poor listner and brazen. I found a different trainer and have seen immediate results in my pooch.
I was looking for a place where my dog would feel at home and I found it here. Very professional and kept in contact with pictures while I was away. I had no concerns or doubts. My dog came home happy and relaxed. Highly recommend!!
