Sarah-Anne helped us so much with our dog, I don't even know where to begin. We adopted an extremely, extremely fearful and shut down dog, who wouldn't approach or even look at us for months and months. We couldn't touch her and she wouldn't go outside. It was really a struggle, to say the least - we think she came from a hoarding situation but we'll never know for sure. Sarah-Anne was so incredibly supportive, understanding, and non-judgemental. This being our first dog, we didn't have any past experience to draw from, and we chose quite the challenge! Sarah-Anne really cares about our pup, about us, and she kept in touch with us between appointments to make sure we were doing okay. Our appointments were always very productive and we always had our concerns addressed. It took about 6 months for our girl to start interacting with us (approaching for treats, accepting pets, going outside) and I'm sure it would have taken so much longer if we didn't have Sarah-Anne's support. She made such an effort to get to know our dog, and everything was tailored to her comfort level so we were never needlessly pushing her in a bad direction, or too quickly. Our dog absolutely loves us now, and I appreciate so much that we were able to get here without forceful or disrespectful training techniques. Sarah-Anne is truly amazing. I reached out to Sarah-Anne first and foremost because my pup was having some health issues and I hoped my dog could tell me what was going on in her body to help solve the problem. I was not prepared, however, for the wealth of information that came forth from my canine companion about an upcoming change in my life. Sarah Anne is a gifted trainer and helped me with my 2 spirited Lab Pups (litter mates). She is a real Pro from the beginning of the training (with all of the pre-training materials to prepare you for your sessions), to the training sessions and the interaction with my pups and the patience with me as I also learned to change my behaviors! She has an intuitive gift and ability to understand your dog (s) and really help get to the bottom of any underlying behaviors. Sarah-Anne is a very gifted dog trainer and intuitive! The fact that she can communicate with them, brings her training to a level not many trainers can touch. She is also a very gifted intuitive! I lost my dog and horse within the same month, and her messages from both of them were so spot on and she gave me so much peace!
