Pacific Northwest K9 Training

We sent our girl Charlie to Tim and Tayler for their 2 week board and train program. Tayler and Tim are both amazing and so knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and anxiety about Charlie being gone for that amount of time. Tayler answered each and every question I had (which was a lot!) and eased every worry, assuring me Charlie would be in good hands. And she most definitely was! Tim and Tayler were both in constant communication with me about Charlie’s progress and sent pictures and updates whenever I asked for it! Which I was so grateful for. And the difference in Charlie’s obedience and listening skills are like night and day! When we went to pick her up, I was fully expecting her to want to rush over to us and be super excited to greet us. Tim had to correct her one time before she stayed and waited for her release command. The self control she learned with Tim was incredible! On pick up day, Tim thoroughly went over all of Charlie’s new commands and what we should be doing to continue working on them with her. He made sure we understood how to correct her when needed and when to give praise. I couldn’t say enough positive things about Tim and Tayler and their training business. I would recommend them to any and every one!!

My German shepherd went to the 2 week board and train. She had no recall, barely listened, and would bark at EVERYTHING. She was terrified of strangers and I was at my wits end, trying to train her and having no luck. When we picked her up, it was a HUGE transformation. Not only did she do really well with the commands, but she has transformed into a (still slightly timid) friendly dog. She is nervous around people still, but she doesn't bark out of control anymore and she listens SO WELL. I could not be happier and I am so thankful that we found PNW K9.

This is long over due but we’re so thankful for Tim and Taylor and the work they do! Our Doberman pup was great but didn’t mind so well and his recall was almost nonexistent. It’s been almost two months since we completed the 2 week board and train and we couldn’t be happier! I was a little hesitant and thought we would drop off our boy and get back a totally different dog. But that wasn’t the case at all! He came back the same boy just with better manners and a great recall. Tim gave us some things to work on and we’ve had more improvements! We will definitely be returning for more training sessions when we want to advance his skills. 10/10 recommend!

This is long and a few months later then I wanted it to be but....Meet cooper...the puppy my son and I bought the day we were just supposed to go out for pancakes... hes a yellow lab and I was well...not prepared to train a yellow lab.... we worked on basic stuff... sit.. stay... no biting 🤣.... at my wits end I started asking around about good board and train facilities and several of my friends suggested Pacific Northwest K9 Training, LLC... I called and because of a cancelation I got him in following Saturday. Upon our arrival I was very impressed. The property was well maintained and the family was so very welcoming. The fact that they had their own dogs out listening to commands and being perfect pups was reassuring. As hard as it was to leave him for 2 weeks it was worth ever single minute and penny! We dropped off a silly rambunctious semi out of control puppy who liked to bite and we picked up the same silly rambunctious best friend my son dropped off minus the biting...general insanity... can't sit still or listen to anyone puppy. It was a complete 180 in listening, behavior, and unrulyness. My 11 year old can walk him confidently knowing he won't run off and he will listen to commands. We plan on sending him in for future classes and would love to send him here to board while we're out of town. I have 100% confidence in their training and their ability to care for my dog. 10/10 highly recommend. Ps its been nearly 6 months since he was there and he is still listening and behaving like he did the day we picked him up.
