P 3 canine training and obedience

After my dog randomly began to show signs of aggression through biting and growling I decided it was time for a trainer. I am so glad I chose Ryan! Not only did Ryan reprogram my dogs mindset but mine as well! I now feel much more confident in handling my dog when it comes to meeting new people which has helped my dog tremendously. Back in January my dog couldn’t be 100ft away from other people but with the right tools he was able to be in the same room as 6 different people! Ryan has been patient, considerate and supportive throughout this process. As I’m moving 2 hours away Ryan had to make huge changes in the way he usually done things in his training and explained every step to me! I am so glad we met Ryan and he has made it clear to always reach out! Also- while looking for a dog trainer Ryan was the only person who didn’t make the training about the money! You can absolutely tell he does this job because he CARES for the dogs and their owners not the money. I appreciated that so much.

Highly recommend P 3 canine training. Ryan is an excellent trainer and seems to be a dog whisperer. He utilizes positive reinforcement to produce long lasting change in your pup. Maddie, 2 year old rescue mastiff mix, started with Ryan this past summer and over the course of ten lessons has transformed as a dog. Maddie initially struggled with leash manners, dog reactivity, and just an overall lack of obedience. Maddie to say the least was unpleasant to walk and I felt many times that I got too much dog to handle. Maddie is an apartment dog and Ryan was able to adapt to my needs for training without having a yard. Ryan was able to address all of my concerns with Maddie’s behavior in a personable one on one matter. He made himself available in between lessons and would be there to address any questions throughout the week. Through Ryan’s training Maddie now has what it takes to pass the canine good citizens test! I now enjoy our walks as training has become part of our daily routine and Maddie herself has grown accustomed to the standard that Ryan has set. Ryan was also super helpful and knowledgeable about why Maddie behaved certain ways and displayed certain displacement behaviors. Through his knowledge we were able to address those behaviors. As a first time dog owner Ryan’s knowledge was helpful in making sure that Maddie was receiving the fulfillment she needed. Thank you for your time and dedication to Maddie!

We adopted not knowing that he was part Australian Shepard and was a high energy dog from the start. He would bark, cry, and destroy anything if left alone for almost a full year. Ryan was able to identify the issue and taught us how to manage his energy levels and he was a completely different dog just after a few classes. He constantly kept in contact without us throughout the week if we had any issues so we can address them immediately. We have since completed training and still no issues at all because we now know exactly the outlet our dog needs. If you need a trainer look no further.
