Lottie is wonderful! This was my first time boarding my pugs and she made me feel at ease about it. I could tell that she definitely had experience and a very warm heart towards animals. She touched base with me while I was out of town with an update on how my fur babies were doing. My dogs warmed up to her quickly! The whole process was easy and I will board my dogs with her anytime I go out of town.
Lottie really connects with our dog. I believe our dog gets more personal attention with Lottie than at the last boarding facility we used. Our dog doesn’t get stressed staying at Oxford Farms Kennel which is important to me. Lottie is great!
Being new to the area, and having never boarded my girls before, I was probably more nervous that they were. But Lottie was so helpful from the initial inquiry to the day we picked up my babies after 5 days with Oxford Farms. She reassured me they would do great and they did! We’ll definitely be back and I can’t recommend this team enough!
Lucy had a great 6 night stay at the kennel. She was well taken care of.
