Awful experience. Sent treats and toys that they had to find (which took forever) when I picked my Lanie up. And had to wait an hour to even find the owner. Hardly ever responded to calls. Was promised videos of progress which I never received. She still runs away, she still jumps on people, she still destroys property. But the answer was to electrocute my dog. I cannot do that, even though I was told that it’s not inhumane. I have contacted another breeder that says he has had many customers from Orion’s. Absolutely horrible experience. Dog is out of control and gets horrible car sick. I had her groomed before drop off. When Chris brought her back, he insisted that she remain in the car. For 30 minutes he did nothing but talk about how a dog bit his groin. When he finally allowed my dog out of this hot van, she was covered in puke. Do not use this company.My dog is my life, no treats were given, no toys, just electric shock. No videos like promised. 3K down the drain. I see that immediately after my review my phone up. There was a time when I was trying to get in touch with you and 7 days later, I finally received a message. I boarded her because I was desperate and I knew you would at least feed her. After texting and waiting over an hour to find Chris, he said the next time you board her, make sure you bring the shock collar. And the follow up? There was no way in this world that I wanted anything to do with that. With that being said, you can stop calling. Deal with review and I will just chalk it up to throwing 3K in the trash.

Orion's K9 Academy trained both of our dogs, a Labradoodle and Miniature Schnauzer. We did the board and train leash manners program. JaQuasia completely transformed both dogs into obedient, well mannered pups! It is a night and day difference in their behavior and leash walking. Their training has changed our lives with our doggies for the better. We used to dread taking them on walks, anxious of encountering other dogs and people. Now, thanks to JaQuasia, we love taking them along for adventures and feel confident they are the best mannered dogs at the park!

I am blown away at our results with our 2 yer old rescue, thanks to Orion's K9 Academy! When she came to us, she had many behavioral issues, separations anxiety, and was very reactive to animals and humans. It was almost impossible to walk her, take her anywhere, or leave her at home alone. When we reached out to Chris, he was professional and recommended what was needed for our girl. While she was in training, we got several updates and this helped me know she was being well taken care of. I couldn't believe the positive changes once she came back to us! She is SO smart and knows what is expected of her now. She is doing SO well and is SO happy! We can't thank you all enough, because she is now a newer, better version of herself! Thank you!
