This structure is designed to give active members an initial priority window before classes open to the general public. While this policy is stated on our website’s homepage and within the class catalog, we recognize that the technical flow of the "Register Now" button can be misleading if a class appears open during a restricted tier.<br><br>We understand your frustration regarding the cancellation fee. Since the registration was processed during a period restricted to a specific tier, we would like to look into this further and ensure the situation is handled fairly.
