Mrs. Lopiccolo, I am sorry you feel the need to leave us a poor review months after picking your dog up. As you stated, you made the decision to pull Harley out of board and train, therefore, you were not given a proper go home session to be shown how to handle your dog in home, nor offered any follow up sessions. Despite this, my obedience trainer told you to reach out if you had any questions or needed guidance, however you have not reached out with questions AT ALL. A board and train for your dog will not automatically fix all your problems, you need to continue the training in home, as was explained to you on multiple occasions. After her third week with us, it became clear that things weren't working out the way you expected them to and that we would be unable to meet your expectations. If you hired someone to pave your driveway and half way through you decided you didn't want to finish, would you give the paving company a bad review because you changed your mind?? We thank you for the opportunity to learn and grow from this experience, and our obedience trainer would still be happy to answer questions you may have at any time.
