One Smart Dog

Called for the learn and lodge they were advertising back in January. Was told we needed to come in for an evaluation (which was $100). We went in for the evaluation and at the end of it we were told the learn and lodge wasn't up and running and wouldn't be anytime soon but we could book private lessons (which would end up costing us way more). Then they took down the learn and lodge costs from the website and told me it was going to be a different price altogether (even though I have the screenshots of it from before they changed it). We have reached out multiple times to ask for our money back because we feel we were set up and lied to. No one returns our calls.

The training and facility are amazing. Linda is very responsive and engaging when deciding proper training courses and returning calls/emails. Mimi ran our puppy training and is phenomenal. Mimi gives you the tools to train your dog with calmness and confidence helping even the most stubborn dogs find their place (and humans too). They build a community of pet lovers and are available day or night for questions. Mimi even went the extra mile to check in with us after a challenging training session to reassure us that our we are on the right path. I’ve never done retail store training, but can’t imagine we’d get that level of support. Looking forward to continued training and extra curricular activities they offer.
