What age should I start socialization classes for my puppy in Fitchburg?
You can start structured socialization classes as early as 8 weeks old, once your puppy has received their first round of vaccinations. At Dog Training Elite in Fitchburg, we specialize in early puppy development and offer customized socialization programs that expose your puppy to new people, sights, sounds, and experiences in a safe, supervised environment. Our trainers help guide young puppies through their critical 8–16 week socialization window, ensuring they build confidence and learn appropriate interactions early on. Most puppies in Fitchburg respond well to our structured house training program within 4–6 weeks—especially when owners stay consistent with scheduled potty breaks, positive reinforcement, and crate training. Laydon is patient with my dog (and me 🤭). Her instructions were clear and feedback was helpful. She is friendly and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a trainer
We have loved every session working with Matt! We have seen incredible progress with our dog Loki and it makes us super excited to continue this. Matt is very great at his job, he cares for his clients, very knowledgeable and very professional! Not only is Loki getting adjusted to Matt but our son Andreas loves him too! Thank you Matt for all that you do for us and our boy Loki!!
Would highly recommend!!!!
We met with Matt for the initial mtg which went well. Matt was friendly, informative and very knowledgeable ! We loved everything he had to say about what kind of training my very active 3yr old lab. The only drawback came at the end when he showed us the cost, we wanted to train our dog, not send him to college. Being on a fixed income the cost is too high to justify.
