One Command K9

Joon is literally a miracle worker. I have a 2 year old border collie/blue heeler mix and a 3 month old great Pyrenees/lab mix, we just started working with him and it's a night and day difference with both of them. I have never had dogs that listened as well as these two do now. He's a little more aggressive in his approach with training than I am used to but I'm seeing results 10x faster than with any other trainer I've ever used.

My review is not based on the owners work but the lack of communicating with me effectively as a potential client. I made a phone call to the number on the website and got no answer I said OK fine maybe they're just busy I'll call some other time. I call again the next day, still no answer so I leave a voicemail. It take the business owner about two days or so to call me back. I miss the phone call so he left a voicemail, great. In the voicemail he said it was OK to text him so I sent him a text letting him know what I was looking to do. It's been four days since I sent that text message and I still have gotten no response. I can understand being too busy or maybe not when you take on my particular dogs breed but that needs to be communicated. Its just not a very efficient way to run a business and it's a huge pet peeve of mine when communication is missing with a potential client that is all.

Wow! Taking our German Shepherd Dog to Joon for a one hour lesson resulted in an incredible improvement not at all unlike the results that we have seen on The Dog Whisperer. We took our dog to Joon because of a deal offered on Amazon Local and really weren't sure what to expect. Our GSD had a tendency to show dominance that led to her often lunging at other dogs, or barking and rising up at them when we walked her on leash. Joon was very quick to identify the cause, and showed us how to address and fix it right away. He has three dogs himself, and he brought them out one at a time in various scenarios that proved the effectiveness of his training. By the way, his GSD's are amazingly trained. I could not possibly imagine a better experience or trainer. I would recommend that EVERY dog owner have at least a session with Joon. Its so worth it and you will be VERY glad you did!
