Olivia's Dog Training & More

I can’t recommend Olivia’s Dog Training enough! I have a goldendoodle who absolutely loves being outside but struggles with staying alone or going with anyone else, which can make things really stressful. I usually take her with me to college, but whenever I come home to Florida and want to spend time out with my family, Olivia’s has been a lifesaver. Michelle was amazing with her, so patient, caring, and clearly experienced with dogs that have separation anxiety. The boarding space is incredible too; it’s set up more like a cozy hotel room with TVs and windows, so it doesn’t feel like a cage at all. That made a huge difference in keeping my dog comfortable. She also gets plenty of time to play in a large yard, and I really appreciate that Michelle sends me videos and updates so I can see how she’s doing. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my dog was safe, happy, and well cared for. If you have a dog that’s a little more attached or anxious, Olivia’s is definitely the place to go!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I have a dog whose anxiety is so severe she’s literally afraid of her own shadow and anyone who doesn’t live in our home. For years, this made life incredibly difficult—I hadn’t been able to travel for over 4 years because I didn’t trust that anyone could safely handle her or that she’d be okay. Then we found Michelle. Michelle took on a challenge that most people would have walked away from without hesitation. Through patience, consistency, and real skill, she not only got my dog to accept her—but to actually respond to her. That alone felt impossible before. And yes, there were a few bites along the way, but Michelle never gave up or treated my dog like a lost cause. She understood that the behavior was rooted in fear, not aggression. What makes this even more meaningful to me is that I’ve worked with K-9s and trained them in my own line of work—yet training my own dog was by far the hardest challenge I’ve ever faced. That says everything about the level of expertise and dedication Michelle brings. Because of her, I’m finally able to do something I haven’t done in years: I’m leaving for a 10-day trip in two months, and for the first time, I feel excited instead of anxious about what will happen to my girl. Michelle didn’t just train my dog—she gave me peace of mind and a sense of freedom back. I’m beyond grateful and would recommend her to anyone dealing with a fearful or reactive dog.

My wife and I are so greatful for Michelle’s training! Michelle went above and beyond with her training expertise, being willing to train our two month puppy! Training a pup that young is something not many companies do, but Michelle did it amazingly with her dedication to our puppy but also to preparing us to be the best doggy moms we can be! When we go out now with our puppy (who is about 4 months old now), everyone is in shock at how well behaved he is. Great boarding experience too! My wife and I get daily updates and adorable photos. Highly recommend!
