We did the puppy head start and private lessons with Aliyah and they were worth every penny! Aliyah is so knowledgeable at training us and our pup Maple! Highly recommend!! Also OTSFD has the best treats and dog food in town - a win win!

I sent my 9-month old, rather crazy, golden retriever to the 3-week schooling Old Town offers. I seriously cannot believe how much my dog has changed over the span of 3 weeks. Saul (trainer at Old Town) is nothing short of a magician. He is extremely patient, professional, and just amazing at his job. I showed up to Old town as a desperate dog owner who needed to gain leash control and my dog and I ended this experience with so much more. I can now walk my dog without being pulled to every squirrel, dog, and child we come across. My only regret is not going to Old Town sooner... HIGHLY recommend for all dog owners! I will be back for off-leash training when able to do so :) 15/10!!!

Highly recommend!!!! Ozzy and I completed both the basic training and off leash training (private lessons) with Aliyah. It has been a pleasure working with her; she has taught us so much!! It’s crazy when I see my dog playing with a group of pups and when recalled, here he happily comes!! I feel so confident walking him off leash knowing he’ll come back/ heel/ or down stay when needed! Thank you Aliyah!!!!!
Saul was amazing with our rowdy golden retriever puppy. Don’t waste your time with other Alexandria training facilities like i did. I were impressed by the how responsive our dog was to Saul. I was also glad that he didn’t use a ton of treats to get the job done. We will definitely be back for more lessons.
