Our goal has always been to support you and your dog as best as possible, and we did everything we could to help throughout your program.<br>We’d like to clarify that you were unable to attend the last 2–3 scheduled lessons, but we still made ourselves available and never closed the door on you. We are still here and willing to help.<br>We’re also a bit confused by this review, as you expressed satisfaction with the training during your sessions. Additionally, your second payment did not go through, and we reached out to resolve that matter, not to cause any issues.<br>At no point did we access any accounts without permission, and we take ethics and client trust very seriously.<br>We genuinely want to understand what changed and how we can make this right.
