Off The Wall Dog Training

Wish I could leave 0 stare. While I can not speak on Miss Trisha’s actual training skills what I would like to share is her lack of customer service and interpersonal skills. I called her on 7/7/26 and got a response back on 7/10/26, no problem there, however in that time I simply had a change of heart due to personal circumstances and thanked her for her time and calling back. She proceeded to tell me that my dogs were too old to train and training would notwork. I told her that that was her personal philosophy and that I didn’t ask for it and that my dogs had responded very well to a trainer only 6 months ago. I once again thanked her for her time and ended the conversation. Never raised my voice, didn’t feel I insulted her personally yet she felt the need to send me a text message that was extremely unprofessional and completely unwarranted since I did not request service and do not know her personally. Apparently the dog training world is full of ruthless people out to get MS. Trisha is all I can say. Like I said I did not use her services and she very well be a Cesar Milan level trainer however she is a grown woman with very poor impulse control and people have the right to know that before spending their money. I hope this review helps her become a better adjusted person in the future.
