We absolutely love Off the Grid Grooming! Shawna always does such an amazing job with both of our Yorkies. She listens to what I want and most importantly she loves our dogs. She treats them as she would one of her own which makes me feel safe leaving them with her. She has been gentle with our special needs boy and has always gone above and beyond to make sure he gets the specific care he needs. When we first moved here it was hard to find someone who not only knew how to groom a Yorkie but who could do it so flawlessly…because I’m super picky. Shawna knows all the fun, trendy cuts for Yorkies and our boys always look like a million bucks! They have never once come home with any cuts or injuries of any kind which unfortunately has not been the case with other groomers we’ve been to. She takes her time with them but they are still in and out within a couple of hours because she doesn’t overbook herself. Some groomers will keep your dog all day which isn’t safe or healthy. Her salon is new, and clean with new equipment and my boys always come home with the most adorable little ties and bow ties. Also, she has a ton of knowledge about the products she uses and I appreciate the fact that she knows which ones my dogs need.
