I was very nervous to leave my golden doodle puppy for two weeks, but Eddie was wonderful. He reassured me. He sent videos of Walters progress every day and I could tell he really cared about Walter and that I was feeling good about the training. I highly recommend Off Leash and Eddie. I can see that Walter has progressed in his training and Eddie was very patient to help me learn the tools he used in the training sessions. I am so glad I took the chance and sent Walter to Off Leash and Eddie.

We sent our one-year-old Goldendoodle, Bear, through the 2-Week Board & Train program, and the transformation has been nothing short of remarkable. Now, I’ve trained seven Labrador Retrievers in my lifetime, so I’m not new to dogs. But Bear? Different wiring. Incredibly smart, but stubborn in a way that made traditional training feel like spinning wheels. Before training, he was counter surfing, nipping at family members, ignoring commands, and even showing aggression toward our nine-year-old Lab. It wasn’t sustainable. Then came Brandon and Laci. What they did in two weeks unlocked the dog we knew was in there—but couldn’t quite reach. Today, Bear confidently performs sit and extended sit, down and extended down, walks both on and off leash with control, comes on command even with distractions, greets people without jumping, waits patiently at doors, and understands "place" with duration. He’s still a puppy, so mealtime patience is a work in progress—but the foundation is rock solid. What stood out just as much as the results was how they achieved them. Their approach is structured, clear, and—most importantly—humane. Bear’s safety was never in question. You can tell immediately that they care deeply about the dogs they work with, and that discipline and compassion go hand in hand in their program. The facility in Lewisville is clean, professional, and organized, exactly what you’d hope for when trusting someone with your dog for two weeks. Communication and daily video link were consistent, expectations were clear, and the handoff training ensured we knew how to maintain everything Bear learned. I had an amazing experience with Off Leash K9 Training and our trainer, Jacob. From the very first phone call to scheduling the evaluation, everything was smooth, professional, and easy to set up. The entire process—from drop-off to pickup—was well organized and stress-free. Jacob was excellent throughout the entire 2-week board and train program. His communication was top-tier—he kept me updated daily with videos and pictures of Bailey’s progress, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind while she was away. The results honestly exceeded my expectations. Bailey is like a completely different dog. Her behavior has improved dramatically, her confidence is way up, and her anxiety seems to have significantly decreased. It’s clear that Jacob really understands dogs and knows how to bring out the best in them. At pickup, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable continuing the training at home. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about Bailey’s success. I will absolutely be using Jacob again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for professional dog training. This was 100% worth it.
