We cannot recommend Jacob with Off Leash K9 Training highly enough! Before training, our Goldendoodle, Beau, was so overactive that life felt chaotic. Thanks to Jacob, it truly feels like we got our life back. Beau is still the happy, playful dog we love, but now he's calm, listens well, and fits so naturally into our family's daily life. One thing we especially appreciated was the videos Jacob sent throughout the training process. It was so reassuring to see Beau happy, thriving, and learning new skills every step of the way. It gave us so much confidence that he was in the best hands. What really sets Jacob apart is that he doesn't just train dogs—he trains them to fit your family's unique needs and lifestyle. He took the time to understand what would work best for us and made sure Beau's training reflected that. When it was time to bring Beau home, Jacob was incredibly patient with me and my three kids. He never rushed us and spent as much time as needed teaching our whole family how to be confident, consistent leaders for Beau. He genuinely cared that everyone felt comfortable and set up for success. We are beyond grateful for everything Jacob has done for our family. His knowledge, patience, and dedication are unmatched, and we truly can't thank him enough or sing his praises more. If you're considering dog training, Jacob is absolutely the person to trust!

Mysti is incredible!! Our sweet boy Harvey is now so well behaved, is such a good listener, and is a pro on and off leash walking right next to us, thanks to Mysti. Mysti also kept us in the loop every day with great videos of Harvey and his progress, which helped so much especially for being away from him for 4 weeks- but SO worth it!! We are so appreciative and thankful for everything she did for us and our Harvey boy!

We brought in a 3 1/2 month old lab that is as crazy as you may expect for that breed and age and had him in for puppy training. After just one week of training, our dog has excelled tremendously. He listens to us consistently and has not regressed in the slightest. Jacob, the trainer we had is truly a great and trustworthy person that cares deeply about our dog’s development. I can’t recommend him enough. We will be customers for life and would recommend him to anyone looking to have a great behaved companion!

Justin and Jacob are awesome! I made the rookie mistake of getting two Rhodesian Ridgeback/Black Mouth Cur littermates without knowing what I was getting into. It didn’t take long to realize this was definitely not a “two is better than one” situation. Before training, they pulled on walks, ignored me in favor of each other, stole food, chewed everything in sight, and had me questioning every life decision that led to bringing them home. There were days I wondered if we’d survive puppyhood. My two young daughters, however, thought they were perfect, so rehoming them never really felt like an option. Justin and Jacob completely changed that. They trained each puppy individually before bringing them back together, kept me updated with videos, answered my questions, and at turnover, Jacob didn’t just train my dogs—he trained me, too. I left feeling confident instead of overwhelmed. The difference is night and day. We have our sanity back, the dogs are happier because they understand what’s expected of them, and our home is peaceful again. The best part? I actually enjoy them now and can’t wait to see what we’re able to do together. If you’re overwhelmed, especially with littermates, know that there’s hope. Off Leash K9 was worth every penny, and I can’t recommend Justin and Jacob enough.

We cannot say enough good things about Justin Rie, our trainer Laci, and the entire Off Leash K9 Training Dallas team. From the very first conversation, Justin Rie was incredibly professional, compassionate, and genuinely cared about making sure Ralphie had the best experience possible. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and was always available to answer our questions throughout the process. Before drop-off, the entire team was responsive, patient, and took the time to address every concern we had. Leaving your dog for two weeks is never easy, but they gave us complete confidence that Ralphie was in great hands. We were especially grateful that Ralphie was paired with Laci. She was absolutely incredible. Her communication was outstanding, sending us daily updates, videos, and detailed progress reports throughout the entire board-and-train program. She listened carefully to every concern we had and made sure each one was addressed during his training. Ralphie didn’t make things easy on her either! He decided to become picky with his food, and Laci actually boiled chicken for him every day to make sure he was eating. Ralphie also struggles with anxiety, and she handled him with so much patience, kindness, and understanding. She knew how to push him just enough to build confidence without overwhelming him. Watching the daily videos, it was obvious she genuinely cared about him and formed a real bond with him. The transformation has been incredible. Ralphie went from being highly distracted, reactive, constantly pulling on the leash, and having unreliable recall to walking beautifully both on and off leash. His recall is amazing, he no longer runs off, and he’s so much more focused and enjoyable to take everywhere. The two-week board-and-train was one of the best investments we’ve made. Even after the program ended, Justin Rie, Laci, and the team continue to be just a phone call away whenever we have questions or need additional guidance. Their support doesn’t end when your dog comes home, and that means so much. We are beyond grateful for everything Justin Rie, Laci, and the entire Off Leash K9 Training Dallas team did for Ralphie. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine love for the dogs they train truly set them apart.
