I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling dissatisfied, and I appreciate the chance to address your concerns. Our top priority is always customer satisfaction and dog safety, and I truly want to understand what went wrong here. We have tried reaching out to you to discuss this more, as I'm a bit puzzled by your feedback. In our initial conversation with the sales team, you mentioned that Banks had occasional reactivity around other dogs, but there wasn't a history of serious incidents. Your intake form also reflected that while you noticed some recent changes in her behavior, she generally behaved well around other dogs. During her time in our program, the trainer was thrilled with the progress she made. We recorded a before-and-after video which showed some amazing improvements in her off leash obedience, and the trainer didn't observe any reactivity during the program. This makes me unsure about the concerns that have surfaced since, but I am totally willing to offer assistance with this. I remember you mentioning wanting help with how Banks behaves during walks around other dogs after she completed the program. Our trainer asked for a video of this to assist you better, but it seems we didn’t receive that follow-up from you. The other area of concern is that after the completion of the program you asked the trainer to board Banks. To me that simulates trust so if something broke that trust we would like to know why so that we can fix it. I genuinely want to help you and Banks, and I’m here for any additional support you might need. If you feel the training hasn’t met your expectations, I’d be more then happy to retrain her for you at no cost. I can come to your area and observe how she reacts around other dogs. Hey Addison, We will get straight to the point with you. We have no idea who you are and we have NEVER done buisness with you. In fact, the idea that you are just writing a review to bash our social media videos indicates that you have some type of envy for us. Which is sad because we are very likeable people. In regards to what we do on our time. We work with more dogs in one day then you will see your entire life. We are very proud of how we operate and thousands of people agree with our social media videos. As far as tip top, I am fairly certain you work there. So its also fair to note that we have had to catch a dog for them that was off leash at a public event who ran from the trainers. We didn't let competetion affect us. We stood up and helped them catch the dog that they lost to ensure its safety. Not to mention the 10 plus dogs we have rehabilitated for clients who had dogs trained by them. So, if you are going to write reviews to market another company please put all the facts in the review. If you have a legitimate complaint then we are happy to hear it and address the problems. We have thousands of clients and dogs who are satisfied with our work (and social media videos). But again, we have never worked with you or provided you a service. Feel free to leave your review under a fake account, but remember how this feels to be attacked at your buisness by someone who hasn't even used your services. And I am certain you will be hearing from us soon! For the public- this review was not written by a past or present client. We have no idea who this person is. This is simply someone who has nothing to do and the fact that they state another companies name indicates that they have some sort of relationship and feel threatened by us. We address our issues straight forward. If someone is dissatisfied with us then we will always do what is right when warranted. This is just a blatant attack by someone who is not happy with their own life.
