Off Leash K9 Training Southern Utah

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. I have a two-year-old, high-energy herding dog who was running the show but not paying the bills!. I interviewed a couple of trainers and decided to give Misty Hamilton with Off Leash K9 Training an opportunity to see what she could do. It was a big decision and letting him go for two weeks was initially very hard, BUT I received nightly report cards with video so not only did I visually understand his progress, I didn’t feel totally separated from him. I could see he was making progress, but not until the end of the course and his drop off, did I fully understand how successful Misty had been in refocusing my boy. He still has that great goofy personality, but I brought home a well-behaved attentive member of my family. This training program was a godsend.

Wow! My dog is cured! LOL! He is SO CUTE and is very sweet but he was also a crazy maniac. Barking at literally everything, no recall skills, and didn't listen to me at all. He now has manners! He doesn't bark relentlessly in the house, he doesn't bark or growl at people or other dogs on our walks, he doesn't bark at the t.v. (big problem) and he comes to me when I call him. What a change!! Thank you Misty!!!

Misty is absolutely amazing! From day one, she showed so much patience, knowledge, and passion for what she does. She completely transformed our dog’s behavior — the progress we’ve seen has been incredible! Not only is our dog more obedient, but the bond and trust we’ve built through Misty’s training is something we’ll always be grateful for. We put our 1 yr old dobie through the 2 week board and train, and we were very pleased with how it turned out! He can heal very well, and listens to commands a lot better. Ultimately, Misty set us up with the tools and a foundation to continue training on our own with her help id needed. We also already have a follow up appointment set up to work on real world things like walking where we live, etc. Misty cares about the success of dogs and their owners long term, not just at the training sessions! She is amazing to work with!
