Katelyn was absolutely amazing throughout the duration of the 2 week board & train program our dog was in! Every single day we received multiple photos, videos, and messages going over how he was doing & what the training entailed for each day. Now that our dog has returned back to us, I can say that this level of service continues -- Katelyn has been great at coaching us through what we need to do to ensure the progress remains, as this is just as much of a learning curve for the dog owner as it is for the dog itself. She is always a text or phone call away. Our dog would previously never been able to be in public without a leash, let alone without pulling on the leash at the slightest of distractions. My only regret is not putting my dog in this program sooner! If you are considering it, I 100% recommend you to go for it -- it is just so worth it.

Highly recommend! We have a different dog now compared to when we dropped her off a couple weeks ago. Great communication throughout the entire process with updates and videos. Significant improvements in our dog's behavior and obedience. We were afraid she would run off when outside now we are able to not only leave her out without a leash but also walk her without a leash. She had anxiety in her crate so far she has been great and hasn’t tried to destroy her cage! Thank you Ashley…appreciate all you did to make our life easier by giving Ronnie the training she needed!

We used Off Leash K9 Training for our Min Pin/Chihuahua mix, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our dog, a stubborn and hyper 1.5-year-old, went through their two-week board and train program. When we picked her up, she had transformed into an obedient, manageable, and truly enjoyable companion. Casi, her trainer, kept us updated throughout the process by sending us videos and photos in the evenings, so we could see the progress. The transformation was incredible—we never imagined how much improvement could come from the training. We’re so grateful for Off Leash K9’s program; our dog now communicates better with us, and while her behavior has improved, her fun, sweet, and silly personality remains unchanged. We also had Casi take care of our dog for general boarding when we went out of town. She was kind and attentive, and our dog immediately recognized her from their training sessions. It gave us peace of mind knowing our dog was in the care of someone she trusted. We highly recommend Off Leash K9 Training to anyone looking to improve communication with their dog. The board and train program was fantastic, and we know the weekly in-person sessions are equally effective. Our daughter’s dog went through the 1x/week sessions for eight weeks with great results.
