They do no stand behind their guarantee from their expectations of guaranteed obedience from their website. They stop responding to calls and text. Matt the manager, Geoff, and Christina were the ones I dealt with and did not help. They did not want to take him back to board and train for another week or issues a refund. For months I also messaged their corporate account on Instagram to try to have them to resolve this.will be sending a letter expecting for this to be resolved in two weeks from 2/01/26

That’s not the level of service or follow-through anyone should receive, especially after committing to a board and train program. I do want to share upfront that this location is now under NEW ownership. My husband Mark and I have recently taken over, and between us we have over 15 years of hands-on dog training experience. One of our biggest focuses has been improving communication, support, and making sure every client feels taken care of from start to finish. Even though this happened prior to us taking over, we truly want the opportunity to make this right. Your program includes free refresher training, and we would absolutely honor that. We’d love to work with you and your dog directly to address what wasn’t resolved and help you get the results you were originally promised. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us directly. Christine did an awesome job. It is like night and day how my dog acts now. Transfer day was a little ruff but, the next day we are doing great. Wish I could give more stars.

I have been involved in the Dog world for over 50 years. I have worked as a Groomer a handler and a trainer. I sent my Rottweiler puppy to Off Leash, Canine Training because I had undergone a series of operations and knew that she was not getting the attention she should Off Leash, Canine Training did a absolutely wonderful job. I cannot see enough good things about them.

We were a little apprehensive about leaving our baby Loki with a stranger for two weeks of intensive training (bootcamp). Luckily Tanner was extremely communicative from the start, and that put us at ease. He walked us through the entire process and kept us abreast of every milestone and interesting story of Loki’s journey. Additionally, once he brought Loki home, Tanner gave us a simplified version of the training in order to continue his growth and progress. Loki has come back a more confident and extremely well behaved/obedient puppy, whom we are not afraid to take out anywhere. This investment has paid for itself by the piece of mind that we still have a very loving dog and well trained and loyal friend thanks to Tanner.
