I sent my 6-month-old female Cane Corso (about 60 lbs) to Off-Leash Canine Training with Trish while I was in Mexico for 3–4 weeks. Before training, my dog was a good pup overall, but like most puppies, she had her moments—wasn’t always listening, would nip at my kids, and just had the usual young dog behavior. That said, knowing how big she’s going to get, I needed someone who really knew what they were doing with large breeds.
After doing my research, I found Trish—and I’m so glad I did. From the beginning, she explained everything about the program in detail. While I was away, she kept me updated every single day with texts, photos, and videos. She even sent updates on her stool, eating habits, progress, and any regression. Literally every little thing.
When I got my dog back, she was like a completely different dog (in the best way). She follows almost every single command, and the best part is—Trish didn’t just send her back and disappear. She’s followed up multiple times since then to check in, offered to meet me at parks for additional help, and made sure I felt confident handling my dog too.
Now at 8 months, my dog is an amazing family dog. I’m planning to send her back to Trish for boarding while I’m on vacation again—not just because it’s convenient, but because I know she’s in great hands and will even get a little training refresher. I’ll continue using Trish in the future because she truly cares and did such an incredible job.

My experience with OLPDX was very good. I dropped off my 3.5 year old Brittany named Rusty, who had very little obedience training and almost no self control, and two weeks later I picked up a more confident and obedient version of the dog I dropped off. Most importantly, I would never have let him off leash at the park before, but ever since picking him up from Myriah we go to the park and he gets to chase his ball off leash everyday. He’s happier, which makes me happier, and he has freedom now that interestingly translates into what feels like more freedom for me. Thanks for the help with my best friend.

Its sad to write this but needed. To start off my first encounter with Off Leash was with Stephanie and she was awesome. We set a consultation and got some good information on the company.
The day prior to the appointment I received a Text notification reminding me of my appointment normal stuff. The day of though my girlfriend and I arrive at the location for our consultation with no one to be found. We walk around the park a little to see if maybe they are somewhere else at the park. No avail no one was there to meet us. I ended up Calling Stephanie (Super Awesome) to figure out what was going on. She immediately reached out to the trainer we were to meet and forwarded my number.
The trainer called a few minutes later to let us know they 'Thought" the day was Thursday not Friday. At this point we are already 20 minutes past our appointment. Once there She apologized and and explained how she was a day behind. We talked and followed through with the appointment to get information. By the end we were happy and wanted to move forward with a 4 session plan to start with a strong possibility to going to 8 to really dial the dog in.
Reached out to let them know we would go ahead and move forward with the 4 sessions with a follow up questions about any particular treats that they recommended. To this day I have not heard any follow up despite the message being read( iPhone to iPhone )
Was met with an email asking about how things went, when explained was given a half heartly reply of "Ohh sorry that happened, Thanks for letting me know so we can make sure it doesn't happen again." Nothing else beyond that.
For a company with such good reviews it really was a lack luster experience especially being told we were meeting one of their top trainers.

She is very knowledgeable and informative, she really does know her stuff and you can tell from the experiences she shares with us. I love learning from Myriah, she is approachable and an amazing trainer. Myriah introduced us to an entirely new way of thinking about animal behaviors a more intuitive, positive and loving way to manage our fur babies. She was organized, reliable and consistent in her training and empowered us with the right tools to understand our pups and modify their behaviors positively. We are now more aware of their triggers and feel secure with them in all environments. Highly recommend using Off Leash K9 if your fur baby is in need of some training.
