We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.<br><br>First, we want to acknowledge that your trainer experienced several significant personal and medical hardships after your dog’s training program. Her father was diagnosed with a terminal illness and sadly passed away in January 2026. Just one week later, she underwent an emergency, life-saving C-section for her baby, who then remained in the NICU from the end of January until early May 2026. While these circumstances understandably impacted communication at times, we still sincerely apologize if you felt unsupported throughout the process.<br><br>Regarding the collar marks, your trainer informed you immediately after noticing the rubber backing on the GPS collar was causing irritation and adjusted the collar placement right away to prevent further rubbing. Your dog’s safety and well-being are always extremely important to us.<br><br>We also want to note that after your refresher session on January 13, the owner did not receive additional communication indicating you were continuing to struggle with your dog’s walking behavior. Had I known you were still having ongoing issues, I absolutely would have continued working with you to help address them. Our goal is always long-term success for both dogs and owners.<br><br>Since returning from maternity leave, your trainer has attempted to reach out after receiving this feedback so we can better understand your concerns and work toward a resolution. We genuinely care about our clients and never want anyone to feel dismissed or ignored.<br><br>We appreciate your recognition that your dog did come home with new skills, and we remain willing to help however we can moving forward. We wish you and your dog the very best and hope we have the opportunity to continue supporting you.
